ProSPADD™ is a a software package allowing designers to improve the dynamic behavior of structures by increasing their structural damping. ProSPADD is able to determine automatically optimal SPADD® device locations taking into account design constraints, and then, to identify a realistic SPADD® treatment achieving the expected performance.

ProSPADD, as a MATLAB toolbox, is today fully interfaced in I/O with NASTRAN (please contact us for any other FEM solver). Its performance offers a robust and fast optimisation process without need for detailed SPADD device meshing nor modification of the current FE mesh.
